The agreement

These terms cover our work with you. What we do, the deliverables, timeline, fee, and ownership are agreed in a short proposal that references these terms.

What we do

We deliver the work in the proposal with reasonable skill and care, and tell you when something is at risk. We don't guarantee results: campaign performance depends on factors outside our control, and we will be honest about that.

Your obligations

You give us what we need, on time: access, content, decisions, feedback. If something on your side blocks the work, we tell you and reset the timeline together.

Fees and ownership

Retainer, agreed in the proposal, billed monthly in advance, plus GST. We own the work until you pay; once paid, you do. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

Liability and termination

Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim, except where the Australian Consumer Law applies. Either of us can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. If you end early, fees for work done are still owed.
